Egg Rolls


Very easy to make Egg Rolls:

The Ingredients:

• Package of egg roll wraps

• 2 to 3 cups of chopped cabbage

• chopped garlic 1 to2 cloves

• ½ cup shredded carrot

• ¼ cup chopped mushroom use dried kind from Asian store:

These are very hard when you buy them. Soak in warm water for 15 minutes to soften.

• ½ package of Sun Bird Hot and Spicy Szechwan mix

Meat ¾ to 1 cup, you can use sausage or grind your own pork with some shrimp mixed in

Get the olive oil hot then add your garlic and mushrooms mix just to start and add your meat, stir till done, set aside.

Make seasoning sauce by mixing ½ package of Szechwan seasoning sauce mix

with 3 tablespoons each of water and light soy sauce and 1 teaspoon of sugar, mix

together and set aside.

In your wok add a little olive oil and cabbage, mix in your Szechwan seasoning   sauce and carrot and cook till the cabbage is soft, then add your meat to the mix. Let cool a little.

Roll your egg rolls from the instructions on the wrap package.

Deep-fry you egg rolls to a nice golden brown color in canola oil.

They are very good with Mae Ploy Sweet Chilli Sauce as a dip.
