The Ingredients:

  • Rice
  • 1 Egg
  • sugar ( to taste )
  • 1 medium onion chopped
  • 2 Green Onion chopped
  • 2 clove of Garlic chopped fine
  • 2 table spoons of Fish Sauce ( to taste )
  • 2 table spoons of Soy Sauce ( to taste )
  • 5 stocks of Cilantro chopped
  • 1 medium carrot chopped
  • chicken and shrimp
  • Lime and Cucumber
  • Canola Oil

All is cooked over a high heat in your wok.   Stir constantly to keep from burning.
