Larb Moo Thai Pork Salad

This is a favorite meal for Thai people. As you can see by the video that it is really easy and fast to put together. Larb Moo is also a very common street food. You can also use either ground beef or chicken instead of pork if you want. You can even use caned tuna and you only need to mix all your ingredients together. You can control how spicy the dish is by adjusting the amount of ground chilies that you put in it.
Ingredients:
1-cup ground pork
½ teaspoon sugar
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons fish sauce
1 to 2 teaspoon roasted ground chilies
2 tablespoon of roasted uncooked rice (you can use any kind)
2 small red onions chopped
¼ cup mint leaves chopped
5 stocks cilantro chopped
1 stock green onion chopped
3 tablespoons of water (you can use soup stock for more flavor)
In a pan add your water or soup stock, Mix in your pork and stir until the meat is cooked through. Do not over cook the meat. Turn your heat off and add sugar, limejuice, fish sauce, rice, chili, mint leaves, onion and cilantro. Mix all very well together.
Serve with cabbage, lettuce and Thai basil or any other vegetable that you like. You can also serve Larb Moo with sticky rice.
