Yellow Curry
A very Hot Thai Dish
If you like very hot food this dish will not disappoint.

Curry Paste Ingredients
Curry Paste Ingredients:
- 25 Thai chillies dried or fresh
- 1 root of Turmeric or 1 teaspoon of powder
- 6 to 8 cloves of garlic
- 1 or 2 small red onions
- 1 teaspoon of sea salt
- 1 tablespoon of shrimp paste

Mortar & Pestol
Grind all ingredients together until it is well mixed.

Main Dish Ingredients
Main Dish Ingredients:
- 1/2 of a pineapple
- 8 to 12 fresh water shrimp cleaned
- 2 tablespoons of tamarine concentrate
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoon of sugar
- 3 tablespoons (or to taste) fish sauce
- 1/2 to 1 tablespoons lime juice
